About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive, organize and compose requirements for a growing development team. Our Preventative Mental Health Platform consists of iOS, Android and Web apps, powered by backend APIs and third-party integrations to deliver features such as:

  • Live and video-on-demand content
  • Personalized recommendations
  • Assessments, analytics and reporting
  • Real-time chat, comments and community tools

You’ll envision, design, and ship delightful, user-centered, cross-platform experiences that build and improve our Preventative Mental Health Platform

You’ll be involved in all aspects of the product development for a major product area; from strategy, research, prototyping, concept to interaction design, to final QA and code tweaks right before launch.

You’ll participate and lead cross-functional workshops, discussions, design reviews and interesting and inspiring design team activities.

Requirements

Driven by responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitor and market research, user interviews, and interviews of internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts 
  • Work with Executives to triage Roadmap and Roadmap Change Requests:
    • Pros, cons and trade offs in both the short and long term 
  • Work with the Development team to break down features into Epics, Sprints, Stories, tickets and acceptance criteria
    • Knowledge of React, NodeJs, consuming Rest APIs as our Roadmap includes multiple 3rd party integrations into tools, clients and partners.
    • Proficiency with tools like ClickUp and Slack
    • Collaborate with dev team to decide upon sprints, triage blockers, and manage tech and product debt
  • Work with Graphic designers as part of Requirements gathering
    • A strong visual design sense and ability to design within, and help define, visual guidelines
    • Ability to create rich interactive prototypes with Figma, Framer, or similar
  • Compose Release notes and feature videos for both internal and external features 
    • Collaborate with marketing in the communication of said features to users and to the market at large
  • Create and Manage analytics reports and dashboards
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics and MixPanel is desired

  • Compensation. The salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 plus equity. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
