As an Intermediate Software Engineer on our Bot Automation team, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada’s roadmap and iteratively deliver the caller experience for our AI-driven CX platform. 

Your goal will be to build and improve Ada’s AI Agent. This effort is highly visibility and represents a new chapter for Ada. You will be on a team that has a direct business impact, enabling our revenue teams to sell into new and existing sales pools as we build and improve both the chatter and AI Agent manager experience.
